I realize that if the reservation is made for arrival within 90 days, then full payment is required at the time the reservation is accepted. 

I also realize that if the reservation is accepted for beyond 90 days before arrival, then there will be a non-refundable deposit paid of 25% of the total purchase price to be received to hold the apartment.  If a cancellation is made after acceptance of the 25% deposit and still prior to the 90 day arrival, the guest will forfeit the 25% deposit.  

There may be an additional £100 Key Damage Deposit which is returned following the return of the keys and an inspection of the apartment provided that:

1. We leave the apartment at the check out time of 11:30 a.m. so that the cleaning crew can make the apartment ready for the next guests who arrive this same day.

2. That there is no damage done to the apartment other than normal wear and tear and nothing is missing.  

 I have also been informed and agree to the cancellation policies listed below

Final payment due 90 days prior to your arrival !

After full payment is made; for cancellations between 60 and 90 days before arrival the cancellation fee is 50% of the total rental costs.  These fees apply whether or not we re-rent the apartment.

Within 60 days the full costs of the apartment will apply.  

All cancellations before 60 days must be in writing to Palm Properties Holding, LLC.

Palm Properties Holdings, LLC.  D/B/A Casa Del Sol has recommended that I take cancellation insurance and they have provided me with a reputable insurance company through whom I can purchase this insurance if I so desire.  This information is available at the website located at the bottom of this page.

We strongly recommend cancellation insurance.  We have made an investigation of various  insurance companies and like what we see with Travelex Insurance Services.  You can go into their web site directly from here so bookmark us first so you do not loose.  Travelex will ask you if you are working with an agent and what is that agent's location number.  Our agent location number is 30-6181 and you must use it to purchase cancellation insurance for any of our products.   The coverage is quite comprehensive and we recommend you look through their web site before purchasing the insurance to see exactly what you want.  Be sure in all cases to put our number, 30-6181 when you first get into their home page. This will give you a special Amercian Dream Vacation page with special rates based upon our products.
